With a deep sense of social responsibility, he established a barbering salon in his hometown, providing employment opportunities for five young men who had previously worked at a washing bay. Joseph firmly believes in the transformative power of skills training and has gone above and beyond to support and mentor individuals, often covering their living expenses to ensure they have the opportunity to pursue their dreams.

For instance, Olamide, one of Joseph’s proteges, shared how his life was completely transformed from struggling to make ends meet to becoming a successful fashion designer with a stable income, all thanks to Joseph’s unwavering support and guidance.
